OPERATIVE MODE

 

RESERVATIONS


INDIVIDUALS At the time of booking, a credit card is required (number, expiry date, holder details) and a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, in order to confirm the booking. It is possible that in periods of Fairs/Salons/Expos or other important events, full payment of the stay may be required to confirm the booking.

 

Following your request, you will be sent a (non-binding) offer. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication, showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be done within 3 working days of our confirmation. If payment has not been processed on time, the reservation is to be considered void.

The reservation becomes binding only once we receive a copy of the payment receipt of the deposit, or the credit card details to authorize withdrawal. A copy of the payment must be sent by e-mail (INFO@RESIDENCEZARA.IT). Upon receipt the email, RZ will send the customer a summary confirmation e-mail to be shown at check-in. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

EXTENSION OF STAY:

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and/or rate changes.

 

 

CORPORATE: upon confirmation of the booking, the company data must be provided complete with VAT number, tax code and data to issue electronic invoicing, as required by law. Confirmation of the pre-authorization as a security deposit for damages, or proof of acceptance, of any damages occurred during the Guest's stay.

EXTENSION OF STAY:
The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and/or rate changes.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Late check-in and arrivals on weekends and public holidays, is available only on request, please contact the front desk in advance. (Surcharge for dedicated check in must be paid)

CHECK-OUT
Within 11:00 a.m.

 

 

 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of € 300.00 is required by PRE-AUTHORISING (*) your credit card, by Casa Albergo Residence Zara Lagosta S.r.l, to cover any damage caused to the apartment. Upon departure, the actual state of the property will be checked and the eventual damages will be communicated.

PAYMENTS
Payment is required upon arrival in or in advance of your stay.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

INDIVIDUALS
In case of cancellation of the reservation prior to arrival - to be communicated via email - the following penalties will be applied:

for reservations of minimum one month or longer stay, the cancellation must be communicated at least 10 working days before the arrival date, otherwise 30% of the amount will be charged;

for reservations of minimum 15 days stay, the cancellation must be communicated at least 5 working days before the arrival date, otherwise 40% of the amount will be charged;

for reservations of minimum 7 days, the cancellation must be communicated at least 3 working days before the arrival date, otherwise 75% of the amount will be charged.

NOTICE: it’s clearly written on the offer wich type of price is refundable and wich is subjet to a penalties

CANCELLATION FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (more than 3 apartments): customized according to group size and period/duration of stay

 

WARNING: date changes or postponed arrivals during fairs/salons periods or on high season, are subject to penalties that will be communicated from time to time

 

In case of cancellation during the stay / early departure of the Guest: the total penalty equal to the amount of the entire stay will be applied. Any refund must be done.
